Placement (Job) Assured Courses Details
These Terms and Conditions will govern the on the job training services by online / directly. By enrolling in a training provided by Nestsoft / Cyberoid, you agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions (these “Terms and conditions of enrollment”).
- Verify that the details you have actually provided us with your enrollment are complete, accurate as well as appropriate at the time it is provided.
- Acknowledge that it is your obligation to make sure that the individual information you give to us is maintained present. Any type of modifications to your name, address, e-mail address, mobile number, payment alternatives or financial information need to be sent out to us as quickly as possible with any kind of pertinent documents.
- Accept to keep an existing e-mail address whereby you can be contacted throughout of your training course, and also whereby we might interact officially with you by means of e-mail.
- Verify that if you are under 18 years, you have actually sent your parental approval form including their agreement to the payment of course fee arrangements.
- Affirm that you have actually read through the syllabus, fees details, course details, features & our training benefits and also consent to pay your requisite fees.
- If you fail to pay any part of the training fee by the due date, we reserve the right to: Restrict access to our institute / classrooms / online learning environment.
- Your guardian will certainly be notified in case of any kind of outrageous, indecent, harmful or offending actions against any individual in the institute.
- We may make modifications to your Training Course (consisting of modules, learning materials, and assessment procedure), to our policies and procedures from time to time, and reasonable changes to our course fee structure.
- Your registrations will be emailed to with course name, duration, fee payments etc.
- The course fee is entirely non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable in any case.
- If you are attending direct classes, sign the register daily and write down time to come and go.
- If you are attending online classes, send email of the each classes duration attended.
- Comments about the training must be inform us by email / filled in on the registration form.
- We agrees to provide you training on your selected courses, projects, internship with access to our classroom, Internet and access to associated learning material and mentors will reply to your queries throughout your course.
- Trainees must undergo 3 months of training & internship.
- Trainees should attend interviews provided by us in Ernakulam and Preferred Areas ----------------------------
- Trainees must have 90% attendance
- Trainees should prepare resumes with the help of Nestsoft Team.
- The full fee must be paid within 2 months after joining.
- Trainees must finish live projects assigned by our developer's team.
- If the trainees are not selected/recruited by any other company within six months, they will be placed in our company with a minimum salary of Rs. 7,000/- (Seven Thousand Only).
- You should attend all the interviews in Ernakulam, which we will inform you by email/whatsapp.
- We issue training certificate for the completion of internship/training.
- All the disputes are subject to Ernakulam Jurisdiction.
If you are attending direct classes at our office, Please accept the above terms provided with the joining form. A copy must be kept with the trainees.
If you are attending online classes, Please accept the terms and conditions by online/email.
